How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Prints that do not require personalising (for example quotes), will be dispatched within 2-4 business days from receipt of order. 

For personalised prints we aim to have them designed, approved and ready for dispatch within 5 business days. If you have opted to view and approve a draft prior to printing, please respond as quickly as possible so we can keep your order moving along.  

When should I expect my order?

Delivery is via Australia Post or courier, depending on the product selected and your location. You will receive notification from us when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 7-10 days for domestic delivery from this point. For international orders please allow up to 3 weeks.

If delivery cannot be made, the delivery driver has authority to leave an item if he/she deems it safe to do so in accordance with courier company's policy. If it's not deemed safe to leave an item, a card will be left explaining how you can receive delivery or pick-up the product at your local post office or courier depot (make sure you take your ID with you).

How much is delivery within Australia?

As mentioned previously, we do not charge an additional fee for standard delivery within Australia. The price you see is the price you'll pay.

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes. Express Post is available within Australia and is calculated at checkout. 

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. For orders outside Australia, postage and handling is calculated at the point of checkout and starts from $9.00 for unframed prints and $36 for framed prints. 

What about faulty products or returns?

As our prints are custom made, we cannot accept returns based on a change of heart or if the information you have provided to personalise your print is incorrect. Please check spelling, including all names, carefully when submitting your order and/or approving your draft print.

If your product is damaged during transit we will of course refund or replace it. We also offer a 10-day Money Back Guarantee on all custom-made orders if you are not truly happy with the final design.
